Timothy’s main area of practice is in personal injury and wrongful death litigation representing injured plaintiffs. Timothy has handled some of the most complex cases in the area of personal injury including car accidents, trucking litigation and railroad accidents. He has tried several cases to verdict and settlement resulting in million and multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for plaintiffs. Timothy’s aggressive representation of injured people has extended his practice to the surrounding counties including Chicago where he has litigated multiple wrongful death cases before the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois. Timothy’s representation of his clients has also extended to the Illinois Appellate Court where he has argued on multiple occasions. His most notable case is Sanders v. C.H. Robinson Worldwide trial, in which plaintiffs obtained a $23,775,000 verdict against C.H. Robinson Worldwide, a pinnacle case against the trucking industry involving one of the world’s largest freight brokers and third-party logistics companies. Most recently, Timothy has secured a multimillion-dollar wrongful settlement in Federal District Court against a nationwide trucking company with over 450 tractor trailers on the road.

His professional associations include the LaSalle County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.

Timothy received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois in 2002 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2007, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In 2007, he was licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and earned Bar Admission in the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
