John has over 30 years of experience in personal injury, wrongful death, all types of accidents, and worker's compensation. Most notably he was lead counsel in the 2009 case of Sanders v C.H. Robinson Worldwide, which resulted in a verdict of over 8.5 million dollars to the plaintiffs. In addition to his extensive civil litigation background, John handles multimillion dollar real estate, commercial and farm transactions. He also practices in the areas of estate planning and administration.

His professional associations include the LaSalle County Bar Association (past president), Illinois State Bar Association, and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. John currently sits on the Board of Directors at First National Bank of Ottawa and the Illinois Valley Community College Foundation. He also serves on the School Board of Serena Community Unit Number 2 and was a past president of that Board. In the past, John has served on the Board of Directors at Mendota Community Hospital, the Community Hospital of Ottawa Foundation, Easter Seals of LaSalle & Bureau Counties. He is also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

John received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in 1970, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from John Marshall Law School in 1977. John was licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and earned Bar Admission to the United States District Court, Northern District, Central District and Southern District of Illinois in 1977.

Christina has experience advising financial and government institutions including local townships, fire and drainage districts. She also practices in the areas of estate planning, real estate, corporations, traffic and misdemeanors.

Her professional associations include the LaSalle County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. Christina is currently serving on the Ottawa Regional Hospital Board of Directors and was a past chairman of that same Board. She presently serves on the Public Policy Committee of the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce. She is a former board member and Treasurer for the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce and former board member of Easter Seals of LaSalle & Bureau Counties. Christina is also a member of Phi Alpha Beta Law Fraternity and the Epsilon Delta Professional Educational Organization.

Christina received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois in 1998, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Northern Illinois University in 2001, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She also studied at St. Catherine's College at Oxford University, England. In 2001, Christina was licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and earned Bar Admission to the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois. In addition to her many academic achievements, Christina also published an article entitled "Hip Hip Hurray for Illinois Taxpayers, or Is It Too Early to Cheer?" in the Northern Illinois Law Review.

Timothy’s main area of practice is in personal injury litigation representing injured plaintiffs. Timothy has handled some of the most complex cases in the area of personal injury including car accidents, trucking litigation and railroad accidents. He has tried several cases to verdict and settlement resulting in million and multimillion dollar sums for plaintiffs. Timothy’s aggressive representation of injured people has extended his practice to the Illinois Appellate Court where he has argued on multiple occasions. His most recent notable case was in 2009, Sanders v. C.H. Robinson Worldwide trial, in which plaintiffs obtained a $23,775,000 verdict against C.H. Robinson Worldwide.

His professional associations include the LaSalle County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. Timothy currently serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Eastern LaSalle County and is also an active member in the LaSalle County Farm Bureau.

Joseph has experience in the areas of contract negotiations, commercial litigation, and commercial transaction work. Joseph has represented hundreds of land owners in the protection of their land rights by negotiating favorable easement and lease agreements for his clients against utility, windmill, and pipeline corporations. Joseph is also experienced in estate planning and estate administration. Joseph's strong agricultural background provides an excellent base for assisting farmers and property owners with all their legal needs.

His professional associations include the LaSalle County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. Joseph is also an active member in the LaSalle County Farm Bureau Young Leaders Committee and the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce ONYX program.

Elizabeth primarily practices in the areas of family law, involving pre and post dissolution matters, paternity and adoption. She also has experience with social security, disability, guardianships of children and disabled adults, and all areas of juvenile law. Following her six years with the LaSalle County State's Attorney Office, she entered private practice and joined The Cantlin Law Firm in 1990. Elizabeth has taught a number of seminars centering on juvenile law and has provided pro bono services for the LaSalle County Conflicts Panel as well as Prarie State Legal Services.

Her Professional associations include the LaSalle County Bar Association (past President) and the Illinois State Bar Association. She is also involved in Eastern Star and the American Legion.
